Volunteers staffed for morning Bradford kitchen
Need volunteers for evening 6:00 pm - Sadie, Barb and Debbie volunteered
Sell flowers/bottled water/cookbooks/tickets
Flowers from Summer’s Garden again
Will raise the price from $5 to $6 for rose bouquets
Key Lite Photography to provide picture opportunity in the commons area, before and after event 5-7pm and 9-10pm. Prices ranging from $18-$45. First come, first serve. He will arrive at 4:30 to set up. Doors need to be open for him and interested students. Photographer (Tom) will be taking pictures during the event, to be made available on his website for purchase. Boosters allowed to use the images for our website and posters/brochures, just not to sell for profit. Inter-office mail for ad for photos to directors.

Need awards presenter…in front of 4,000 people and televised.

Probably need larger facility. Mahone as idea for next year.
Individual committees: food, donations, decorations, raffle and auction for next year.
Ideas for guest next year: Mark Connor, Joshua Bell, Barrage, A. Sabine-jazz violinist. Expose children to different musical styles.

Will sell t-shirts at spring concerts. Check Fine Arts website for calendar of events. Let us know if we need volunteers for selling.
Elementary and Middle School Symphony Concert trips--considering to ask parents to cover some of the costs and Boosters split the cost.
Ideas for t-shirts: to perhaps hold student contest to design logo
No Booster meeting for April
Meeting in May to elect officers for the coming school year, setting goals, and planning for summer orchestra
Next meeting: May 12th at 7:00pm
