Fruit Sales -
Fruit sale forms and money to be turned into Orchestra Director’s Friday Nov. 17th.
Fruit sale delivery December 7th, early evening - time to be confirmed
Volunteers needed for December 7th delivery of fruit sales items.
Dr. Yontz will send out forms to director’s for student sign up’s, parents are also needed.
Fruit sale pick-up
Saturday Dec. 9th 9AM to 5PM
Sunday Dec. 10th 9AM to 2PM
Up- coming concerts to sell t-shirts -
Sue Jensen will contact school representatives before concerts to set up time for the pick up of t-shirts to be sold at the concerts.
Orchestra Tea -
A fundraiser tea is set for February 25th, 2007.
Janice Mowry is waiting for confirmation of place and time.
A sub committee has met once to organize for this tea. Donation letters, place to be held and time and date were discussed.
New Secretary for Orchestra Booster’s is Fay Lang
We still need a parent representative for D.O.L. and Washington.
Orchestra Fest will be held for one day only on Saturday March 25th, 2007, at 7:30p.m. Over flow will be directed to the newly renovated Bradford Auditorium where the concert will be shown on a large screen. We will be looking for 4 volunteers for the auditorium and 23 for the field house.

Keith Robinson Director at Indian Trail Academy announced date change for Band and Orchestra Winter Concert to Thursday December 14th, 2006 at 7:30p.m. at Mahone Middle School.
Advocacy for Fine Arts was brought up.
A group of parents have been contacting area legislators concerning support of the Fine Arts.
Senator Russ Feingold is looking for input on the effects that The No Child Left Behind Act has had on school districts.
He has a short questionnaire on his Website. You can go to http://feingold.senate.gov, and click on “K-12 Education” under “Ideas Forums.” You will find a short list of questions and space to add your own thoughts.
