Kenosha Orchestra Boosters

Supporting KUSD Orchestras

Violin Plaques

The silent auction at the Afternoon Tea will feature violin plaques created in collaboration with Lemon Street Gallery and ten area artists.  Franco Tarsitano, general manager of Lemon Street, tirelessly helped to coordinate this effort.  Each artist generously donated their time and talents to help the Orchestra Boosters support and encourage the KUSD orchestra program and it's students.  The plaques were donated by Shar
string music catalogue.  Come to the Tea on Sunday February 24, 2008 from 1-4 pm at the Woman's Club of Kenosha and be sure to put in your bid!

The Anderson Art Center will be displaying the violins February 14th - 22nd.  Gallery hours are 1:00-4:00pm, Tuesday-Sunday.

Read an interview about the violin project at www.exposekenosha.com, issue #20.
