The treasurer's report states that the Boosters currently have $4,816.30 in reserve for school accounts. Remaining assets as of Sept. 14 are $3,447.10. School reps are in place for Bradford (Jenn Seivert) and Tremper (Cynthia Brown). Each school should work to have a representative in place as soon as possible. Last 2 open meeting locations have been filled, January 18-Tremper April 12-ITA Need a Booster representative to attend the October 27th School Board meeting to give a short appreciation talk regarding their support of music programs, Contact Mary with information. Afternoon Tea will be held on February 14, 2010, decorate February 12. Still need a guest artist. Heather K will take care of beverages, Liz T. advertising, student organizing Jenn Seivert,. Open yet are decorations, painted instruments, volunteer organizer. Raffle Donations-school baskets for silent auctions. Angela Broker will have monthly chair meetings leading up to the tea, first one will be held at the Nook on October 28th at 7:00pm. Also suggested that a photographer be on hand at the Tea for individual and group photos of the students. Jenn Seivert volunteered to take care of photos, can view photos at website address, photos@seivertsfamily.com A raffle has been proposed as a large fundraiser for this year, possibly a video to explain to middle and high school students. Open raffle 11/20 and close it 1/15. Preferred method of payment is checks, 1/10 chance of winning a prize. Full success will generate $15,000 profit.
